Personalized orders ship within 5-6 business day. Personalized Plates take up to 3 weeks. During the Holiday season, orders ship within 7-9 business days. Orders received after 3:00PM EST will be entered the next business day.

Social Grace Paperie Gift Certificates
Social Grace Paperie e-Gift Certificates will be sent to recipient same day as the order. Gift cards that are mailed will be sent within 24 hours of order.The Social Grace Paperie Gift Card and E-Gift Certificate are redeemable for merchandise only. The gift card and e-gift certificate may not be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable, except where required by law. No change or credit certificates will be given or sent. Social Grace Paperie is not responsible for lost or stolen cards or misdirected or deleted emails. Treat each gift card and e-gift certificate as you would cash; gift cards and e-gift certificates do not expire.
Errors, Cancellations and Return Policies

Once an order is submitted, NO CHANGES can be made. Please review your order carefully. All errors must be reported within 14 days of receiving the order. Any errors reported after the 14 days will not be refunded and will be reprinted at full cost. If an error is caught "in time", the item will be reprinted at 25% off the original price plus shipping cost according to the customer's needs. You can only fix your error, you can not make any changes to other text at that time.
Kate Sumner Designs
Any changes or cancellations need to be made within 24 hours of placing the order online. There will be no refunds once the order has been printed. Please review your order carefully. Errors made by Kate Sumner Designs will be redone and rush shipped at no additional cost. Errors made by the customer will be redone at 25% off the original price. Shipping costs will be charged according to customer's needs.
